In many ways, I was my first client. I fell into diet-culture around the age of 21, which quickly snowballed into restrictive eating patterns and extreme exercise regimens. I was able to maintain this lifestyle in a silo for a few years and saw excellent results. Physically, at least.


But then life happened. I couldn’t micromanage every detail of my diet and training, which inevitably led to weight gain. Worse, was the impact it had on my mental health. I became extremely self-critical, avoided people who knew me as 'fit' for fear of judgment, and found that all this stress was affecting my work and my ability to engage with life.


Over the last 10 years, I have educated myself in evidence-based health practices and recovered from my extreme habits. I have since developed systems that help me achieve my health goals in a sustainable way that also allow me to live life fully. 


No more lackluster energy levels, crabby moods, or hiding from people out of fear of their judgment. And most definitely, no more endless cycles of restrictive or YOLO (you only live once) dieting.
